Iggy Azalea’s ex-boyfriend and former manager, Jefe Wine, says the Rap star behind “Fancy” signed off on the alleged sex tape that features the former couple, which is reportedly being shopped.

The report claims Wine has exclusive rights to “manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise ‘any’ recording embodying visual images” thanks to a contract Azalea signed in 2009. While Azalea may have signed the contract thinking about music videos and songs, Wine believes the contract gives him permission to release the sex tape, too.

The changes Azalea referred to most certainly relate to her split from her now-ex fiancé L.A. Laker Nick Young that played out very publicly with a cheating scandal from the basketballer. They officially called it quits in June, 2016, and soon after news came out that Young's ex-girlfriend Keonna Green was pregnant with their second child together. That's certainly enough to make your head spin. A 25-year-old former Maryland high school teacher has pleaded guilty to three counts of fourth-degree sex offense against one of her 16-year-old students.

Ekatherine Pappas, who was a Spanish teacher at Franklin High School in Reisterstow, was sentenced June 29 in Baltimore County Circuit Court to three years in prison, and suspended all but one year and one day of it, after police found disturbing video of her engaged in sex acts with a special education student.

She was also sentenced to five years of supervised probation upon her release and she must register as a sex offender for 15 years.

She was taken into custody the same day she was sentenced.

“She had been warned not to have an inappropriate relationship with him,” Baltimore county assistant state attorney Perry Wasserman tells PEOPLE. “He was receiving special education services and she took him off the [school] property twice, and that makes it all the more egregious. He was in her care and custody and she so grossly abused that role. I thought the sentence reflected that.”

A man from Illinois has been charged with animal cruelty after he allegedly punched a donkey in the face. Lucas Dietrich, 18, was caught after he recorded the attack and posted it to his Twitter account. Police say the heartless attack occurred when the man visited Willoughby Farm in Collinsville, an Illinois city about 12 miles from St. Louis. Dietrich was at the farm attending a birthday party. A technology teacher at Roselle Catholic High School has been charged with having a sexual relationship with a student, acting Union County Prosecutor Grace Park said Friday. Theresa Hrindo, 25, is charged with two counts of sexual assault, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and one count of hindering apprehension. Hrindo, of Linden, engaged in sexual acts with the student at several times and locations in Union County from December through February, the prosecutor's office said. She is charged with hindering apprehension because she deleted incriminating photos and files from the student's phone, authorities said. Hrindo graduated from Roselle Catholic in 2010 and Kean University in 2014. She was arrested at her home Thursday afternoon and is in Union County Jail, pending a first appearance.

North Carolina teen accused of decapitating his mother at home

A TEENAGER has been accused of decapitating his mother in what a US cop called a “gruesome scene”. Franklin County Sheriff Kent Winstead said 18-year-old Oliver Funez, of Zebulon, North Carolina, is charged with first-degree murder. Winstead said a deputy answered a 911 call yesterday and saw the teen walking out of the house holding the head in one hand and what appeared to be a butcher knife in the other. Horrifically, authorities allege that Funez beheaded his own mother with a butcher knife. “It looked to be a large butcher knife, the weapon that was used,” said Sheriff Winstead, according to ABC 11. A neighbor said the deputy who first arrived at the scene was deeply shaken by what he saw. “He just looked like he was just blown away. I mean, he was just in terror. He was just so upset,” the neighbor told 14News. A neighbor told the television station, “I can’t imagine how anyone could do that to anybody, much less your own mother.” The sheriff told 14News it wasn’t yet clear how many wounds the mother had suffered. WRAL reports that Franklin police have arrested and charged Oliver Funez, 18, with murdering his mother, Yesenia Machado, 35. Police say Funez used what appeared to be a large butcher knife and when deputies arrived, he walked out of the Morgan Drive home holding her head in one hand and the weapon in the other. Police say that two young children were in the home at the time of the murder and that Machado's other son was at school.

A true American hero, U.S. Marine Lance Corporal Marisa Woytek, has stepped forward to talk about the sexual harassment she suffered because of a Facebook group. The allegations against a group of U.S. Marines stems from a bombshell report that was published by Reveal. An online link to the the photos, as well as the names and units of the women pictured, was posted in January by a former Marine who was working for a defense contractor, The Washington Post reported Sunday. The contractor has since been relieved of his duties. Marine Lance Cpl. Marisa Woytek told The Post that photos were taken from her Instagram account and posted to Marines United multiple times in the past six months, without her consent. “Even if I could, I’m never re-enlisting,” Woytek said. “Being sexually harassed online ruined the Marine Corps for me, and the experience.” Woytek said she was alerted to the photos by others on social media and were shown the comments that accompanied them. She said that many of the comments included allusions to sexual assault and rape, The Post reported. She said many female colleagues had experienced similar harassment but had been reluctant to speak out for fear of retaliation from the group’s members. Singer Tommy Page dies at 46

Tommy Page, a singer who toured with New Kids on the Block and scored a #1 smash with "I'll Be Your Everything" in 1990, has died. He was 46. According to a Facebook post by noted journalist Michael Musto — since removed — Page had been battling depression and passed away Friday. Billboard later wrote that Page had been found dead of an apparent suicide. Page was born in New Jersey and worked checking coats at the club Nell's, which led to his demo being played at the starry hot spot. He was introduced to influential Sire Records founder Seymour Stein, who is credited with discovering the Ramones, the Talking Heads and Madonna, and was signed to the label.
